I spent 20 years running medical practices — managing teams, rebuilding revenue cycles, navigating EHR transitions, and sitting in the room when the numbers didn't add up. 

I started True North Advisors because independent practices deserve the same level of operational expertise that health systems take for granted — without the overhead of a full-time hire. 

I work with a small number of practices at a time so the work is focused, personal, and actually moves the needle.
